Choosing your wedding photographer can feel a little overwhelming, but I will endeavor to make the process as enjoyable and as pain free as possible. Although each couple is unique, I have the same process for everyone, giving you a clear guide of what to expect, and to avoid any worry or concerns.

Step 1

You have decided you love my work and would like to book me- GREAT! Once you have contacted me through the enquiry form, email or telephone, and I have confirmed I am free on your date, I will send across a wedding photography agreement. This will include all the core details of your day, and will outline the terms and conditions. Once this is returned to me, along with your booking payment- YOU ARE BOOKED!

STEP 2

I will always be available to you, but I will contact you around 4 weeks before your wedding day to arrange a meeting or zoom call. This is when we make a detailed plan of your day. I  want to know everything! Every little detail, feeling and request. I want to know all about you- what is important to you, and what makes you YOU. Your remaining balance is also due around this time. I ask for final payments to be made 2 weeks before your wedding.

 

 

Step 3

It's the big day! Time to celebrate! 

I will always contact you the day before to check in and make sure the nerves are behaving themselves. I will then arrive promptly at the time discussed in our pre-wedding meeting. Every special moment will be documented and we will have the best time ever!

Step 4

Within a 48 hours of your amazing wedding day, a selection of previews will be sent to you. They will be in an online gallery, where you will be able to download them and share with every human you know. You can also share the gallery link with your loved ones

Step 5

Your entire wedding photo collection will be ready to view in your online gallery in 6-8 weeks.

Time to crack open a bottle of champers and grab the tissues, and relive the best day of your lives. Your USB will be posted the same day your gallery is live, so look out for the postman too!

 

Step 6

 Any add ons to your wedding package will be designed and delivered. I will also send you a testimonial request. This is when I would love to hear about your experience working with me as your photographer. Testimonials are vital to my business as they give a true reflection of my work practices to other potential couples.
